It will be a combination
-Herbal lecture --we will discuss several medicinal plants & their effects & their flavors!

-Tea Party we will have the discussion while gathered comfortably in the Sweetberry Cafe sipping the Tea being discussed! Which for this session will be my blend 'Eat Drink Digest' - which as the name implies, is a blend of plants that support healthy digestion. This time of year - as with all seasonal changes- our digestion & eating habits change... so a little Herbal Support in the form of tea - is ALLways helpful! This blend is delicious & effective in supporting many aspects of how we absorb & metabolize nutrients from our food. Dandelion - Catnip - Lemongrass - Calendula - Ginger - Peppermint - Plantain - Nettles - Skullcap - & Fennel Seed
