My SpringTime Tonic Tea is a delicious blend of our New England wild regional plants that support our health & wellness through the transition from Winter to Summer. They are mostly digestive herbs and that is where our bodies are adapting right now - our diet includes more who;e raw foods, daylight has shifted so we are more active during the day, eating later in the evening.
