We will share one of my Herbal Blends each month, and while we are enjoying our Tea together in the cozy meeting room / lounge at Massage Therapy & Wellness, I will share information about each plant in your cup! We will discuss the plants' actions, effects, general uses & their benefit in the particular blend we are having. I also very much encourage discussion from everyone... to share their knowledge or uses for the plants in our cups, maybe from different cultural uses, from different parts of the world..

and of course questions / discussion & sharing are welcome!
