About the event
In this 2 hour workshop I will share my Herbalist's practice of selecting herbs for use in healing herbal Tea Blends.
Giving equal importance to a plant's healing properties & constituents and the plants flavor!
I think we all understand that how a Tea tastes can be very important in how it is used / consumed... NO ONE wants to suffer through a cup of tea!!
We will focus on the Springtime plants - because to live & work with plants from our area - can make all the difference in the effect of the plant medicine we make!
In this workshop everyone will make & take home 2 Tea Blends of their own creation!
