Come join me in CommuniTea! We will share a monthly herbal Tea blend - February's Blend is my blend I created to support my Meditation practice - I call this blend.. 'Inner Stillness' based on how it helps to guide you into a meditative place of stillness. Â We'll share the Tea, & discuss the plants in our cups! Â This month I will also lead us in a guided meditation, so it's effects can be known that way by the group!Â
These events are always a combination of Herbal lecture / teaching  & Tea party!
