About the event
We will begin our Tea Blending journey together with a slide presentation - in which I share with you the details about each plant we will have on hand! From where they grow in the wild, with some tips on adding them to your personal landscape. Then when and how to harvest, drying, processing and storage will also be touched on. Also covered are the steps involved in "formulating" - deciding on which plants, understanding of their medicinal properties is the most important but also very important is how they will add to & balance out the flavors of other plants in your blend.
All materials will be provided
