This blend of plants is nourishing and soothing overall and especially for our emotional body. Relaxing & heart opening - two very important parts of healing from / gracefully passing through episodes of sdness & grief.

    St John's Wort Hypericum perforatum

    Rosa Rugosa 

    Helpful for feelings of heartache & sadness ~ Heart Opening ~ Helps us give & receive Love

    Milky Oats  Avena sativa

    Gentle nervous system support

    Chamomile  Matricaria recutita

    Supports stable mood & energy 

  • Brewing Recommendations

    My basic brewing instructions:

    • 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea for 1 cup / 1 tablespoon for a quart
    • Let steep for 5 - 10 minutes

    This applies to all my blends. These are to be taken as a starting point / or a suggestion. Tea drinkers will find their happy place - their own brewing style. With each Herbal Blend you may find your basic brewing technique & timing may change. 

    You will need a way to diffuse the loose plants - either a TeaBall, cup diffuser, or a TeaPot with diffuser built in.
